The most common way that underage teens get access to alcohol is through people over 21— usually older friends or siblings. Be aware. Know their source—and then cut it off.

*Overall comparing data on Rx drugs from students surveyed in 30 day alcohol use we’re above the state by 1% to 5%. In Rx Drugs we see the numbers fluctuate, although it’s still an issue but shows a decrease in overall use.

- Educate, Engage, and Empowering our youth to build a stronger community.
- Provides data at the state, region and parish level to understand the areas of greatest needs.
- Data reveal how our children resort to unhealthy choices with negative consequences that could initiate an unsuccessful future.
- Conduct the survey to provide evidence to justify why funds are needed.
- Bring funding to our community to help prevent UAD/Rx drugs through education to change behaviors to enhance protective factors while working to reduce our risk factors.
