The Sobering and Engagement Center is located at Odyssey House – Briscoe Lake Charles – 4012 Avenue H. They have space for 6 individuals at any given time, with an average length of stay of 4-6 hours.

OHL has established a simple referral process:
1) Call the Center’s designated referral line 337-244-9118
2) Center nurse will perform a quick 8 – point screening with the referral source to ensure the individual meets criteria
3) When the referral is deemed to be appropriate, the individual will be cleared to proceed to OHL Briscoe
4) If the individual does not meet established criteria, the nurse may offer alternate referral options
