Imperial Calcasieu Human Services Authority (ImCal HSA) provides behavioral health, addiction, and developmental disability services for residents of Allen, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron, and Jefferson Davis parishes, helping individuals access care, support recovery, and improve quality of life.
