Purpose: To provide health care professionals with the HIV epidemiology in the US and Louisiana and the current guidelines in HIV care with a focus on mental health and substance challenges in the HIV population.

Target Audience: All Nurses, Physicians, Social workers, Case managers, Pharmacists and other Healthcare Professionals.
